Thank you for choosing to shop Canyon Creek Ring Co! Each piece of jewelry is handmade with love and care, and I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please take a moment to review our policies below:
Exchanges & Returns:
All sales are final. Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
Returns are accepted within 2 weeks of shipment for store credit, ONLY if your item arrives damaged or broken. Otherwise I do not accept returns. I do not accept items that were purchased in the wrong size or any custom designed rings. Sale items cannot be exchanged for store credit.
Warranty:
If you encounter any craftsmanship issues with your piece within 14 days of receiving it, Canyon Creek will replace or repair it after inspection at our discretion. This excludes everyday wear and tear, such as dropping your piece, and hitting or scratching it. If you break your piece and our warranty doesn’t cover it, you can pay for silver cost and time for it to be repaired.
Processing & Shipping Times:
All premade orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. If your item is made-to-order, please allow 14-16 business days for crafting, as each piece is carefully handmade to ensure the highest quality.

While I take great pride in creating jewelry that can be worn every day, please remember that jewelry is delicate by nature. These pieces are made with care and attention to detail, but they are not indestructible. I recommend handling your jewelry with care, especially when engaging in activities that may cause damage (e.g., exercising, swimming, or working with your hands).
